FreedomSwap Privacy Notice
FreedomSwap collects the minimum information reasonably needed to quote, route, secure, reconcile, and support digital-asset transactions.
1. Information processed
FreedomSwap may process wallet addresses, wallet public keys, wallet-ownership proof digests, assets, networks, amounts, transaction hashes, order and provider identifiers, hashed wallet-user identifiers, IP address, browser or device/network metadata, consent records, risk and security events, and information you submit in a support case. Website ownership signatures are verified and reduced to a proof digest rather than stored. FreedomSwap does not require wallet seeds, private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords.
2. Why information is used
Information is used to provide quotes and orders, assign and monitor permanent routes, prevent replay and abuse, enforce limits, reconcile deposits and settlements, investigate failures or suspicious activity, issue available refunds, maintain accounting and security records, respond to support, and comply with applicable obligations.
3. Providers and disclosures
Transaction information may be shared with the independent liquidity or execution provider used for an order, blockchain and infrastructure services needed to process it, security and compliance services, and authorities responding to a valid legal requirement. Each provider processes information under the policies and requirements applicable to its role in the order. FreedomSwap does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
4. Retention
Operational and security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for transaction support, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Backup copies may persist until their normal protected rotation completes. Wallet signing material is not stored in the public application database or normal application backups.
5. Security
Provider credentials and signing material remain server-side in separated services. Public APIs use authentication, request signing where appropriate, replay protection, rate limits, and audit records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; users must protect their own devices, wallets, and recovery material.
6. International processing and restrictions
Infrastructure and providers may process information in countries other than your own. Do not use the service where its processing or digital-asset services are prohibited. The service is not intended for minors.
7. Requests and changes
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion of information that can be associated with you, subject to transaction-integrity, security, accounting, and legal retention requirements. Contact legal@freedomswap.com and include only the order identifier and information necessary to locate the record. This notice may be updated when providers, law, or service features change.
